How Is Your Success Built With Chocolate Milk: “One of the most important parts of my training is giving my body what it needs to recover so I can get back out there and perform at my best the next day. My dad used to give me chocolate milk after my basketball games when I was a kid, and it’s still my go-to recovery drink today. I know it has nutrients to refuel and natural protein to rebuild my muscles – and it tastes great.”
