U.S figure skating and sibling duo Maia & Alex Shibutani are featured in an article from Refinery29 about their nutrition and recovery routines to help prepare for their skating competitions.

In the article, the duo reveal how they stay on a regimented schedule that works for them despite a hectic travel schedule. Their recovery routine includes drinking chocolate milk after practices and competitions. Alex and Maia say, "Immediately after performing, we snack on another Kashi bar, have a banana to help prevent muscle cramping, or drink some chocolate milk." Furthermore, they say, "Chocolate milk is a great way to assist with muscle recovery, and it tastes like a treat."
